During the session, gentle Reiki energy is offered with intention to support your body, mind, and spirit. Each experience is personal and may help you feel lighter, calmer, more centered, and more in tune with your own energy. This session may take place in the comfort of your home or in a peaceful designated Zen space confirmed at the time of booking. For the best experience, the session should take place in a quiet, comfortable area where you can relax without interruptions.
